- Circumvent or tamper with in-game physics engines, telemetry timers, or local browser storage mechanisms in order to submit falsified leaderboards.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The custom software code, Three.js shaders, aerodynamic physics algorithms, procedural audio synthesis pipelines, Geist design implementation, and written content embodied within this Website are the intellectual property of the 3D Tesla Roadster Game open-source project contributors.
Vehicle names, model designs, and trademarks belonging to third parties (including Tesla Roadster, SpaceX, Rimac Nevera, Bugatti Tourbillon, and Porsche Taycan) are referenced strictly under nominative fair use doctrine to accurately identify and compare performance benchmarks.
4. Acceptable Use & Network Integrity
You agree to utilize the Website in accordance with all applicable international, national, and local laws. You shall not:
- Engage in automated denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated rapid-fire asset requests, or attempt to overwhelm our edge CDN infrastructure.
- Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses, logic bombs, or other malicious digital code.
- Harvest, scrape, or extract bulk data from the Website using automated bots without authorization.
5. Simulation Physics & Safety Disclaimer
The physics, acceleration rates (0–60 MPH in 0.58 seconds), SpaceX cold-gas thruster plumes, and 2G ground and wall suction mechanics modeled in this simulator are interactive digital calculations intended for entertainment and scientific curiosity. They do not constitute real-world driving instructions or mechanical blueprints. Real-world drivers must always obey local speed limits and traffic safety regulations.
6. WebGL Hardware & Performance Limitations
The simulator relies on WebGL 2.0 graphics rendering. Frame rates, latency, and visual fidelity are heavily dependent on your device's graphics processing unit (GPU), available system memory, display refresh rate, and browser efficiency. We make no representation or guarantee that the simulation will achieve 60 FPS on older or unsupported hardware architectures.
